A scan can tell you a camera is reachable from the internet, that the NAS still has its factory password, or that the router is forwarding a port nobody remembers opening. Closing those is our job. Remote or on-site, on a callback at a time that suits you.
What we promise, and what we don't
We find and close known exposures and harden your setup. That is the promise, and it is the whole of it. We do not promise “unhackable”, and nobody honestly can — security is a state you keep, not a box you tick.
A passive scan only sees what each device chooses to reveal, and some of the worst exposures — a camera quietly streaming to its maker's cloud — never show up in one at all. So finding nothing is not proof you are safe. It means nothing was visible from the outside. We will tell you which of the two you are looking at.

You share a number and a time that suits you. A specialist calls back and goes through the findings — what is real, what is noise, what actually matters in your setup.

We do the work with you — remotely by screen share, or on-site where the devices need hands. You watch what changes and why.
Verify
We re-check the network afterwards and write down what was closed, what was left open on purpose, and what to keep an eye on.
What a specialist actually does
Not every setup needs all of it. The call decides what yours needs, and you hear the reasoning either way.
Verify what is real
A passive scan infers. We confirm which findings are genuine exposures and which are a device being cautious about what it reveals.
Default credentials
Change or remove the factory logins still sitting on routers, cameras, recorders and hubs — the single most common way in.

Stop cameras and NVRs being reachable from the internet or quietly phoning out to a maker’s cloud you never agreed to.
Segmentation
Put cameras and IoT on their own network, so a cheap bulb or doorbell cannot see your laptop, your NAS or your phone.
UPnP and port forwards
Turn off UPnP and remove the port forwards that open a device to the whole internet — usually added years ago for an app nobody uses now.

iEye Secure is our own app. It scans the network you are on and lists what your devices reveal about themselves — cameras and video recorders reachable from outside, open NAS shares, IoT and smart-home hubs, plaintext Telnet, open ADB, exposed databases, weak Wi-Fi, even a car's hotspot sitting on the same network as the house.
The scan is passive and stays on your phone. It never signs in to anything, so it can flag an exposure but not close one — that part needs a person with your permission and your router password.
When you ask for help from the app, the findings come with you (only if you tick the box), so a specialist arrives already knowing what they are looking at. You can also just email us and skip the scan entirely.
